Appearance
Above all, most of our customers keep their roof looking clean because of appearance. Of course, not all roofs can be seen from the ground. However, many roofs can be seen from the ground. Going Green
Many of our customers are cleaning their commercial roofs in order to save energy. In the picture on the middle left you will see the roof at a US Celluar server room. As you may know, server rooms need to be kept at a cool temperature. Why? Computers are actually more efficient and faster if in a dry cool environment. So with that result, it takes quite a bit of energy to cool these rooms, especially when the servers are producing their own heat.
By keeping the roof a white as possible. The roof is reflecting as much sunlight as possible. This in return saves them money on their cooling bill and helps the environment.
Maintenance
Roofs in certain areas can breed mold and mildew. For instance the picture on top and the bottom before and after pictures to the left. In fact, mold and mildew can be harmful to certain roof membranes. Honestly, it actually starts eating away at the membrane, which for obvious reasons is not good. For this reason, it is a good reason to keep the roof clean. Another maintenance reason is to remove debris from trees. Debris from trees can cause water to puddle, this also is not good. A good roof should pitch to a rooftop drain.

Our Equipment & Process
We own steam pressure washing equipment. Our machines equipped with pressure valves. Whereas our pressure washing equipment is strong enough to clean other areas of your property with high pressure, like concrete. That type of pressure is not needed on your roof. In fact, the steam really helps us cut through the filth on your roof without using high pressure. In conjunction with specialty soaps that help loosen the dirt free from the surface even lower pressure yet. This is called a soft wash.
